National Car Rental now operates in over 40 branches countrywide, with 6 500 vehicles. First Car Car Rental has the backing both financially and in terms of assets of the CMH Group. Currently the CMH Group owns over 75 motor vehicle dealerships countrywide thus allowing First Car Car Rental to source vehicles at short notice. First Car Car Rental purchase 90% of their vehicles directly from the manufacturers and have excellent working relationships with these manufacturers. Over the past few years we have shown our ability to source and fleet according to the demands of the market place. Awarding of the R6 million TRANSNET contract resulted in the opening of 5 new locations and an upfleet of some 500 vehicles in a space of one month.

In the event of a specific group being reserved and confirmed at the time of rental we are unable to provide that particular vehicle, an upgrade will be supplied at the rate of the reserved vehicle automatically.
